Registration Fee
Bring your association’s members
or your corporate employees (PAC board or grassroots leaders) and
qualify for the Team Leader discount. Registrants must all
be members of the same association or employees of the same
corporation.

Early-bird Fees
To receive the early-bird discount, registration with payment must
be received by 5:00 p.m. EST on Friday, January 11, 2009. Registrations
sent by mail must be postmarked no later than January 11, 2009.
Registration Confirmation
Upon receipt of your registration, you will receive an email confirmation. If you do not receive a confirmation, call the Innovate to Motivate office at 888.404.6426 to confirm that your registration has been received.
Once the 2009 conference promotion has been released, your will receive, by email, a detailed registration confirmation with information about travel to the Hotel Monteleone, conference attire, and other pointers for making your visit to New Orleans hassle free. You will receive a final confirmation, including a tentative list of registrants and additional logistical details, approximately 7 days prior to the conference.
Cancellations
Registrations cancelled before 5:00 p.m. EST on Thursday, January
24, will receive a full refund. Conference "no shows" and
those who cancel after the deadline will incur a $300 service
fee to cover your costs that we’ve guaranteed to the hotel.
To receive a refund, you must obtain a cancellation number by
calling Innovate to Motivate office at: 888.404.6426.
