We value:
- Grassroots input. We have an Advisory Committee that provides insight on the topics most important to experienced political involvement professionals.
- A robust curriculum, the science of influence (it's not an art), professional development, and going "an inch wide and a mile deep" on PAC and grassroots execution strategies (and we were the first to do it that way).
- Political involvement professionals who want to learn and raise the bar vs. go on a junket (although we have lots of fun).
- Our participants! We embrace vigorous discussion and idea sharing.
- Giving back. We spend a volunteer afternoon at the Beacon of Hope project (optional activity, although over 30% of last year's conference participants joined the fun).
- Doing work and life in a way that demonstrates excellence.
